Inspired
by the collections of Colonial Williamsburg
Christmas in Williamsburg is
almost magical. A stroll down Duke of Gloucester Street
is a delight to the senses with lush fruit and fresh
green trimmings welcoming the season to every Historic
Area Home. A single candle glows in each window and the
warm scent of hot cider and wood smoke drift on a cool
breeze. It's a place steeped in tradition that harkens
to simpler times.
The Holiday Heritage Collection is
inspired by textiles in the Colonial Williamsburg
Foundation Collections, enhanced with a few decorative
elements. A damask, a toile, paisleys, plaids and
charming florals and snowflakes mix together to create a
wonderfully vibrant and cheerful assortment of colors
and patterns for any holiday project.
With beautiful designs, enticing
colors and timeless appeal, these fabrics will help
quilters create their own piece of history.
