venues. Gerald’s inspiration for Regency Dandy goes
back to Beau Brummel, a highly dapper, well dressed
gentleman, known as “The Dandy,” who reinvented the
fashions of England’s Regency period. Similarly, this
collection presents these authentic patterns that were
originally adapted during the late 18th and 19th
centuries from Ancient Greek and Roman designs.
The historic patterns and bright, bold
colors, although unusual, were not uncommon during that
time period. The timeless designs and innovative colors
encourage creativity and bring a refreshing new source
of energy and inspiration to today’s fabric lovers.
